From their early days as childhood friends to becoming successful business owners, Roman and Rick have dedicated over a decade of their lives to Rational. Initially joining the company as employees, they worked their way up to eventually leading the business, a role in which they continue to prioritize serving their local Santa Cruz and surrounding communities.
Born and raised in Santa Cruz, Roman and Rick have deep roots within the local community.
